Understanding Anger

Understanding what anger is can do wonders for our self-esteem. Realizing its okay to be angry is both natural and highly encouraged because it avoids an unrealistic view of ourselves. We are not perfect and neither are the people around us. The more we are able to appreciate the differences of others, the less those differences are likely to affect us because in our minds its “okay.”

Being okay with others and ourselves is not only a desirable trait in a leader, but it is also a desirable trait in anyone who no longer desires to feel resentment toward others.

Anger has less to do with others (although we like to tell ourselves otherwise) and more to do with us. Let the sheeple be sheeple. Not everyone is trying to be an Astronaut like us right?
